Boise 2008 Itinerary

Saturday, July 5th
11:59pm Mtn. Time	Registration Closes. No exceptions.
Sunday, July 6th
All Day	Confirmation emails sent to registered players.
Noon Mtn. Time	Preliminary Team Rosters Due.
Monday, July 7th through Friday, July 11th
All Day	Placement of Free-Agents onto teams.
Saturday, July 12th
Noon Mtn. Time	Deadline for response to confirmation email. FAILURE TO RESPOND WILL VOID YOUR REGISTRATION!!!
Noon Mtn. Time	Final team rosters are due. No further player movement is allowed. No additional teams may be formed.
Friday, July 18th
All Day	Arrival of Players
Noon	Venue Set-up
6:00pm	Dinner and Draw at The Front Door
Saturday, July 19th
9:00am - 6:00pm	National Open, Veterans, and U19 Championships
6:30pm	Complimentary Players' BBQ
Sunday, July 20th
8:00am - 1:00pm	National Team Championships Conclusion of Veterans and U19 Championships
1:30pm - 5:00pm	Jerry Garcia Memorial

    Please note the changes to the playing schedules. The U19 and Veterans categories will be single elimination tournaments with the top half of the players seeded. We are trying to play as many U19 and Veterans games througought the day Saturday and finishing up any remaining fixtures on Sunday morning.

    With this change in schedule it allows everybody to have the opportunity to play in both the Team Championships Sunday morning as well as the Jerry Garcia Memorial Sunday afternoon. The Team Championships will feature a group phase plus a knockout round.

    The Jerry Garcia Memorial will be a single elimination tournament. The tournament will be based after the FA Cup, with a random draw after each round of matches. Due to time constraints, this tournament will feature 12 minute halves and tie games will go straight to a shootout.

    The Boise 2008 Organizing Committee feels as though these changes will give all of the competitors as many games as possible in order to help make their weekend worthwhile.
